All surfaces are precision ground with a diamond grindstone to ensure uniform thickness and consistency. The adjustable grindstone enables slates to be levelled on all sides, improving the smoothness and accuracy of all slates produced.

All drilling templates are controlled and operated by computerised equipment ensuring seamless consistency in the distance between the holes. All slates edges are bevelled and rounded to ensure that the cloth is completely protected when fitted to the pool or snooker table.
